These prints are created from high-quality scans of our original hand-painted flash sheets dating back to the 1950s. Many of the sheets originally hung in the tattoo shops of legendary tattoo artist Painless Nell Bowen before becoming part of the Tahiti Felix collection in the 1960s, when Nell closed her shop and sold the flash to Tahiti Felix.

Today, those original sheets still hang on the hallowed walls of Tahiti Felix’s Master Tattoo in downtown San Diego—a historic family tattoo shop established in 1949 and still going strong more than 75 years later.

Each sheet is printed on sturdy cardstock and arrives ready to frame, hang, or display directly in your tattoo shop.
