"Painless Nell" Bowen was a pioneering female tattoo artist who owned several shops in San Diego until her retirement in the 1960s. Her entire collection was later acquired by "Tahiti Felix" Lynch, and we are proud to present this original “shop used” acetate stencil from the 1950s.

As a special addition, you will receive an 11x14” cardstock print copy with our special Master’s seal of authenticity of the actual original sheet of flash that accompanied the stencil, showcasing the artistry of the era.
